As an Investment Advisor Representative and Founder of Biltmore Financial Services, John serves as Managing Director providing the firm with direction and leadership to execute its stated philosophy, mission and strategies. As a problem solver and a teacher, John is able to give clients extensive individualized planning to help them navigate through the twists and turns of life. By incorporating advanced innovative plan designs, he personally guides clients through asset management, wealth transfer, college planning, asset protection, tax-reduction strategies, retirement planning, retirement account management and insurance review and analysis.

For over 35 years, John has served in almost all aspects of the financial services industry. After working as Senior Vice President for two corporate firms, he founded Biltmore Financial in 2002 to further pursue his enthusiasm for serving clients. Over the past 20 years, he has specialized in defining and delivering sophisticated financial and tax reduction strategies along with wealth preservation solutions to a wide group of individuals. 

John's passion and purpose are one in the same.  To leave each and every individual and couple better off than he found them.  By doing so, he feels as though he is making a positive difference for those families for generations to come.

As a Senior Associate of the Biltmore Financial Services Team, Jeremy drives much of the planning and follow up involved in the client advisory process.  Areas of focus include net worth management, asset protection, estate strategies, education planning and tax advantaged strategies.  He also helps retirees plan for consistent and predictable streams of income.  In addition, Jeremy is constantly finding ways for the team to best utilize technology in an effort to make the planning process as clear and simple for clients as possible.

Serving as the Operations Director, Tammy provides excellent customer service, organization and communication to our clients and families. She values building and cultivating relationships with individuals, families. She manages scheduling and is responsible for preparing all necessary materials for client meetings and other operational and administrative tasks around the office. 

Tammy believes in delivering personalized and proactive service for our clients, while being a part of clients' lives in times that truly matter.

Sydney specializes in client services, as well as other operational and administrative tasks around the office. Whether it's processing new client onboarding applications, client deposits and withdrawals or other client service request, Sydney works proactively to ensure clients have a tremendous service experience. In addition to her day-to-day duties, she also oversees the onboarding department and process from beginning to end. 

Sydney's passion is putting clients first in her everyday work and providing remarkable customer service in each and every client interaction.
